Vincent DUPIN joined ELCA in January 2020 as Division Manager for the French Swiss Public Administration domain. In this role, he oversees the operations (pre-sales and projects delivery) mainly for the cantons in Swiss Romandie. Vincent has more than 20 years of experience in the IT sector, including more than 15 years for clients in the public administrations in France first then in Swiss Romandie since 2012. His professional career started in Montreal (QC, Canada) as a software engineer for some startups in the broadcast and biotechnology industry. He holds a french engineer diploma (major in computer science) from HEI (Lille, France).
