Karsten Hegel leads the Financial Industry Group in PwC Central Eastern Europe. With more than 20 years consulting experiences, he led multiple large-scale transformation programmes for Banking and Insurance Groups with the focus on Operations and IT Implementations.
11 years ago, Karsten established the iDPA (intelligent Digital Process Automation) centre in Bratislava to advice clients on digital transformation programmes and support with the implementation of state-of-the-art automation solutions.
Karsten holds a master’s degree in economics. He frequently speaks on topics in the field of Process Innovation, Digital Architecture, and Transformation Management.
